It is Amarsons’ policy to never send / share private information, such as your credit card number, via e-mail. In fact, Amarsons recommends that you adopt this practice in all your Internet activities.

• How do I check the status of my order?
On receiving your order, Amarsons will confirm the same with an e-mail and a unique order number. On the day we despatch your order, we will confirm the same with yet another e-mail mentioning the airway bill number. The e-mail will also have an attached URL address which will take you directly to a web page where you can feed in your airway bill number and subsequently check the delivery status of your order online.

At any point you are most welcome to e-mail us your queries related to the orders and Amarsons will definitely be in your touch to keep you well informed and updated.

 
 
  How will you despatch my order?
Amarsons use the finest international air couriers to ensure your order reaches you at your doorstep in the fastest possible time. Most orders are delivered within 72-96 working hours of despatch; but these times may vary depending on where you are located and your local customs authority.
 
 
 

• How long will it take for my order to reach me?
While most orders are processed and despatched within 10 days of receipt of payment, please provide up to 8 weeks for processing your order. Because most items are handcrafted with extreme care using traditional techniques they may occasionally be in short supply. In case we require more time for a particular item we will inform you immediately.

 
 
 

• Can we pay in any other currency besides US Dollars?
No matter from which part of the world (except India ) you place an order at www.amarsons.com, the amount debited from your account will be in your local currency (approximately) equivalent to the US Dollar price of the item ordered.

Please note that all currency conversions are estimated and the price that you see will be close to the actual price, but not necessarily the exact price of an item.

The final price of an item is the INR value converted from the US $ price displayed on the site and is dependant on the exchange rate prevailing between the US $ and the Indian Rupee.

This INR value is what is charged to the client, and is credited to amarsons.com. Any difference between this amount and the amount on a client's credit card statement is attributed to bank charges/commission for currency conversion. Amarsons has no say or control in determining what these charges are and it is understood that the customer will bear these charges (if any).

 
 
 

Can I return an item?
Keeping in mind the very basic nature of every Amarsons outfit, our customers do appreciate that each outfit ordered online is individually created, crafted and made to fit perfectly in accordance to the measurements provided.

Relatively, fashion is an evolution. Due to the dynamism of this evolution, we respect customer’s ability to support Amarsons' "no return no exchange” policy to help us deliver the very best and latest in Indian fashion.

Kindly be informed that Amarsons will not be able to refund any online sales at www.amarsons.com under any circumstances.

What if I do not wish to purchase online?
Amarsons recommends that you place your order online. However, if you prefer to order offline, please print our fax order form, fill in the appropriate details and fax it to us.

 
 
 

Can I order outfits from amarsons.com that are not on the website?
Yes. Amarsons has maximized its efforts to provide a complete online shopping experience.

We understand that you as our customer may have different requirements such as:

• You may wish to order an outfit which is not showcased at amarsons.com, or

• You have a specific occasion coming up, such as a wedding, and you would like our team of designers to design something specifically to your taste, or

• You may wish to modify the design (embroidery, pattern, fabric) of a showcased outfit at amarsons.com, eg. You may wish to add sleeves to a sleeveless blouse.

All the above (and more!) can be achieved very easily by placing a Custom Order.
Please follow the steps below to make your very own personalized purchase:

1. Send us an email describing your requirements in detail. Our ability to serve you better will be greatly enhanced by the specific information you are able to provide. Therefore, please do take the time to be as specific as possible.

2. Based on your requirement, Amarsons design team will select or design the appropriate outfits/accessories/jewelry that is in tune with your expectation.

3. You will receive an email with a detailed description of the item(s) requested along with price.

4. After mutual confirmation on price and design, Amarsons.com will send you an email with your unique Custom Bag link.

5. This link will take you directly to a custom bag page wherein you can see all the items that you requested.

6. You can then complete this personalized purchase online using your credit card.

7. Voila! Your very own personalized outfit (or accessory/jewelry) will arrive at your doorstep within a short period of time.
