Do I have to pay customs duty at my end?
We will be
more than happy to help you minimize payment of duty wherever
possible. However these levies, if any, are the sole responsibility
of the customer. Many countries do not charge duty on garments for personal
use. Other countries charge a very nominal duty.

• Shipping of boxed gifts
We use the finest air couriers to ensure that your order reaches you at your doorstep in the fastest possible time.
On receiving your order, Amarsons will confirm the same with an e-mail and a unique order number. On the day we despatch your order, we will confirm the same with yet another e-mail mentioning the airway bill number. The e-mail will also have an attached URL address which will take you directly to a web page where you can feed in your airway bill number and subsequently check the delivery status of your order online.
At any point you are most welcome to e-mail us your queries related to the orders and Amarsons will definitely be in your touch to keep you well informed and updated. |

• International shipping restrictions
While most orders are processed and despatched within 10 days of receipt of payment, please provide up to 8 weeks for processing your order. Because most items are handcrafted with extreme care using traditional techniques they may occasionally be in short supply. We will inform you immediately just in case we require more time for a particular item. |
