Any embroidery exposed to moisture, perfume or any other element that contains alcohol will blacken the embroidery immediately. It is therefore advisable to keep all embroidered outfits wrapped in muslin cloth. When you order an outfit from amarsons.com we will provide you with muslin cloth. Make sure when you fold embroidered outfits there is minimal friction between the cloth and the embroidery. If you notice any loose thread on the fabric or on the embroidery DO NOT try to pull it out. Simply use scissors to cut it off neatly. Embroidered outfits are best maintained if kept in a hanging position. All outfits ordered from amarsons.com must be dry-cleaned. Do not ever try to wash it at home as this will definitely damage your outfits permanently.

With the passage of time all costume jewelry with gold or silver polish will fade off or become dull. The best we can suggest is to help you maximize the duration of the original look of your jewelry purchased at amarsons.com

Do not leave jewelry open or unpacked for a long duration.

Do not let perfume or any alcohol content liquid come in direct contact with the jewelry.

Please dry clean because these are hand-woven fabrics. They do not carry any guarantee at all.

All products are hand-embroidered. Thus it may so happen that the embroidery may loosen up with usage and time duration.

This is a natural characteristic of all hand embroidered outfit / product and it cannot be treated or termed as defective by our customer.
